- Doors open at 5:00 pm
- 5:30 pm – Introduction of the courses and instructors
- 6:00 pm – Workshops begin
- Building closes at 10:00 pm

- Mini cheese boards

- Salads and sandwiches
- Two servers will assist guests during the event
Guest Guidelines
- Minimum age: 16 years old
- Minimum class size: 10 participants | Maximum: 20 participants
- Attire: Casual (comfortable closed shoes required; no heels, sandals, or shorts)
- You may bring your own wine
- Aprons will be provided (loan only)
- Each guest may take home what they prepare
- No observers allowed inside the kitchen
- No refunds or cancellation. In case of course cancellation, a voucher will be issued for another class
- Payment policy: No cash; only transfers, credit cards, or online payments
- Registration deadline: 48 hours before each workshop

Note:
Printed menus will be distributed during the workshop. To access the digital version, guests must complete a short survey through the SU Learning portal.
Each event date represents three different workshops, and each workshop includes three to five recipes in total; all ingredients are included.
They are all hands-on workshops, individual or in teams of 3 or 4 max.
All proceeds will be used to purchase ingredients and necessary items to provide the workshop, ensuring you receive the best possible experience.
